Export Cap Zone, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return under the conditions outlined below.

1. Exchange & Return Eligibility

You may apply for an exchange or return within 3 days of receiving your product, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any defects.
  • The product can be tried on for size evaluation but must remain in its original, unworn condition.
  • All tags, barcodes, and labels must be intact and attached to the product.
  • The original receipt/invoice and packaging must be returned along with the product.
  • The exchanged product must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase. If the new product has a lower value, no refund will be issued for the difference.

1.1 Missing Receipt, Tags, or Barcode

  • If you lose the receipt or invoice, you may still request an exchange by providing the purchase contact number for verification.
  • If the tags or barcode are damaged or missing, the exchange or return may not be accepted.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and offer a resolution.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Sale items or promotional discounts
  • Gift cards

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund by returning the product.

  • Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned item(s), provided they meet our Return & Refund Policy conditions.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer must bear the return shipping expense.

5.1 Shipping & Proof of Return

  • Depending on the shipping method and carrier, return packages may take several days to reach us.
  • Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.
